What Our Englewood Clients Think of Us
What matters to you, matters to us:
“I was hurt when I was rear-ended and I used up all my insurance money on treatment for my injuries. I went to Kevin to get fair compensation. His office was very helpful, explained the process and then they followed through like they promised. I got my medical expenses paid and money for future treatments plus I got money for pain and suffering. I was very surprised by the result”
At Flesch Law, every case is special:
“I was involved in a bad truck accident, which was scary and life changing. I was referred to Flesch Law and I am forever grateful for the team who handled my case. I never had any concerns because they made me feel comfortable starting day one, which was a huge relief. I highly recommend them and again I am forever thankful.”
We will walk the long journey with you:
“On November 30, 2018, our lives were changed forever when my wife and I were involved in a serious accident in Durango. I was fortunate to be referred to Kevin and his team. He walked a long journey with us and stayed by our side through it all. He kept us up-to-date and ensured that we were fully aware of where we were at all times. We didn’t want an ambulance, chaser, but an attorney who truly cared about us and our situation. We couldn’t have asked for better representation.”
Construction to Lookout for in Englewood, CO in 2025
In Englewood, the city council has approved the project in Dartmouth Avenue between Broadway and University Blvd to renovate intersections with higher-than-normal crash rates. Dartmouth Avenue closure is scheduled for December 23rd, 2024. The project will take about a year or so, and we understand how important this project is going to be for the city of Englewood as we receive calls after calls for car accidents claims.
The segment of Dartmouth Avenue between Broadway and University Blvd. is a collector street with intersections that experience higher-than-average crash rates in Englewood. It is also a key bicycle and pedestrian route throughout the city. The city’s project aims to reduce crashes at the signalized intersections of S. Logan St. and S. Downing St., while improving overall multi-modal safety in the area. To achieve these objectives, the city will make the following upgrades:
- Fully reconstruct the S. Logan St. and S. Downing St. intersections, replacing them with mini-roundabouts.
- Implement paint and post intersection enhancements along the corridor to reduce vehicle turning radii and provide added protection for cyclists and pedestrians using vertical elements.

Gathering Evidence:
- Police Documentation
- What to Gather: Police reports, incident reports, or any documentation prepared by law enforcement at the scene.
- Why It’s Important: These records provide an official, unbiased account of the incident, including location, time, weather, involved parties, and preliminary findings, which can be critical in establishing fault or liability.
- Medical Records
- What to Gather: Hospital records, emergency room notes, diagnosis reports, X-rays, lab results, treatment plans, and follow-up care documents.
- Why It’s Important: Medical records establish the extent of injuries, treatment required, and potential long-term effects, which are essential for proving damages and assessing compensation.
- Eyewitness Statements
- What to Gather: Written or recorded statements from people who saw the incident occur. Collect their contact information for verification or further questioning.
- Why It’s Important: Eyewitnesses can provide valuable accounts of how the incident happened, corroborating your version of events or disproving conflicting claims.
- Photo/Video Evidence
- What to Gather: Photographs and videos of the injury site, surrounding area, hazards (e.g., wet floors, broken equipment), injuries, and any damage to property. Security or dashcam footage should also be requested if available.
- Why It’s Important: Visual evidence captures conditions immediately following the incident, supporting claims of negligence or hazard presence and ensuring details are preserved before they change.
