A lot of publicity is taking place surrounding the new release of the latest iPhone 5c. Apple enthusiasts have been anxiously awaiting the “official” confirmations of rumor’s they’ve been hearing for months now. Many of the rumors did indeed come true.
If you are not up to speed on everything Apple, here’s a quick synopsis of the new iPhone 5c.
New Colors – the iPhone can now be purchased in White, Blue, Pink, and Gold
Better battery – you supposedly receive a longer lasting battery
Same pricing – pricing remains the same so no price hike
Fingerprint Sensor – you now can unlock your phone by using a fingerprint sensor on the screen. It will memorize your specific fingerprint and give heightened security for your apps and purchases.
While these seem like great advances, the new iPhone really doesn’t provide any solid reason to upgrade aside from the Fingerprint scanner. While cases will be made for both sides, it appears that the latest edition is just the old one with new packaging.
